THE PROBLEM
Modern vehicles are hackable via wired and wireless methods.
THE SOLUTION
Our port locks are the solution to OBD2 security.
THE GOAL
Provide a products and services to protect against vehicle theft, tampering of crash data, odometer roll-back, and spoliation of evidence.
INSTALL
Simply locate the OBD2 connector generaly located near the steering column under the dash. Push hard then turn the key counterclockwise until the locking pin engages to secure the lock to the connector.
HOW IT WORKS

The port lock adds essential security and you now have control (within the limits of Federal and State law) over when it is accessed.
REMOVAL
You can remove it for maintenance testing, inspections, emission testing, etc. by reversing the process.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS
Generally, the owner of the vehicle is considered to be the rightful owner of the data generated and stored bt the vehicle’s Event Data Recorder (EDR), however others can subpoena crash data data and this evidence can be used in civil and criminal court cases.
WHY YOU NEED THIS
Increasingly complex electronics systems being added to automobiles present many opportunities for making driving safer but also present new demands for ensuring their safe performance. We need increased cybersecurity of automotive electronics.
OUR GOAL
To empower motorists by providing a vehicle anti-theft cyber security lock, to protect the security, integrity and authenticity of data.
A variety of electronic tools are marketed to re-engineer vehicle and electronic networks, reset odometers and tamper or erase vehicle data via the OBD2 port which is generally unsecure and prone to misuse of the original safety and emissions diagnostic related purpose.
Our automotive anti-theft cybersecurity platform is U.S. patented and globally standardized by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers as Standard-IEEE-1616.1 2023.
